- Brussel Sprouts
- Butter and/or Oil (At least 1/4 cup)
- Spices
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Tumeric
- Chili Flakes (Chili Onion Crunch)
- Skewers (easier if you have them)
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water
- Soak skewers in water (to avoid burning/flaming sticks)
- Trim ends of brussel sprouts, keeping the leaf structure
- Score the endsĀ 1/2"
- Boil for 5 minutes, drain
- Cut sprouts in half, skewer
- Melt butter, mix in spices
- Paint sprouts with some of butter mixture
- Grill on High Heat, be sure to get grill hot first. Should sizzle right away.
- Continue to paint with butter mixture, flipping after 5 minutes or until grill marks appear.
